The Singapore Press Club hosted an Embassy Night on 22 April 2026 in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Singapore, bringing together members of the media, diplomats and guests for an evening of discussion and cultural exchange.

Poland’s Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Tadeusz Chomicki, shared insights into the evolving relationship between Poland and Singapore. Moderated by Ms Nyima Pratten, the conversation explored growing cooperation in trade, logistics, technology and digital innovation.

Ambassador Chomicki highlighted Poland’s economic transformation over the past three decades, noting its emergence as one of Europe’s largest economies and a growing hub for innovation, fintech and digital services. He emphasised the strong potential for deeper business partnerships between Polish and Singaporean companies, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and infrastructure.

The event also touched on cultural ties between the two countries, including Poland’s music heritage and artistic contributions. Guests were invited to continue discussions over Polish cuisine following the session, reinforcing the evening’s spirit of diplomacy and cultural exchange.
