H.E. Paul Thoppil, High Commissioner of Canada to Singapore, spoke at the Tribeca Future Facing Symposium in Singapore, highlighting Canada’s efforts to strengthen economic resilience at home while diversifying its partnerships abroad.
He highlighted the role of natural resources and critical minerals in this strategy, as well as opportunities to connect Canadian projects with international investors and Indo-Pacific supply chains.
With global demand for secure and responsibly produced resources continuing to grow, Canada saw opportunities to deepen its economic partnerships in the region.
