H.E. Ambra Dickie, Ambassador of Canada to ASEAN, joined ASEAN partners in Singapore to mark the 10th anniversary of One ASEAN One Response, an initiative focused on collective action in disaster preparedness and response.
The engagement took place as disaster risks, from floods in Canada to earthquakes in Southeast Asia, were becoming more frequent and complex. Canada congratulated ASEAN on the milestone and expressed its intention to continue the partnership towards safer and more resilient communities.
