Singapore semiconductor companies discussed opportunities to contribute to India’s expanding semiconductor sector, with India Semiconductor Mission 2.0 among the key areas of focus.
EnterpriseSG – India hosted a high-level delegation from India for a roundtable with Singapore’s semiconductor community, focusing on India’s semiconductor growth plans and opportunities for Singapore companies to participate in the expanding ecosystem.
The Indian delegation included Minister of State for Commerce and Industry and Electronics and Information Technology Shri Jitin Prasada, and Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and CEO of the India Semiconductor Mission Shri Amitesh Kumar Sinha.
The discussion covered India Semiconductor Mission 2.0 and opportunities along the semiconductor value chain. The Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) also participated in the session.
Singapore companies represented at the roundtable included ASETS, APP Systems Services Pte Ltd, Brain Domain, CleanTech Services Pte Ltd, Dou Yee Enterprises, Ecsal Technologies, Industrial Vision Technology, Picotech Solutions, StraitsMicro and SJ Group.
