Mongolian tourism companies took part in ITB Asia 2026, an international travel trade show held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore from 21 to 23 October 2026. The delegation used the platform to showcase Mongolia’s tourism products and services to the international market.
On 21 October, the Ambassador of Mongolia to the Republic of Singapore, H.E. Dr Uyanga Ganbold, attended the exhibition and the co-located MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia events. She explored emerging trends and opportunities for cooperation in the tourism sector.
Held for the 19th time this year, ITB Asia focused on developing tourism products and services tailored to travellers’ needs, interests and individual preferences. It highlighted technological advances, innovation and emerging trends in customer-centred services. The exhibition serves as an important platform for international tourism organisations and businesses to showcase their offerings, establish business connections, exchange experiences and expand cooperation.

Following the event, Ambassador Uyanga Ganbold received representatives of the participating Mongolian tourism companies at the Embassy. They exchanged views on opportunities to promote Mongolia’s tourism products and services more widely in the Singapore market, strengthen tourism cooperation between the two countries and increase tourist flows.
During the meeting, the representatives expressed their appreciation for the Embassy’s support in distributing brochures and catalogues featuring Mongolia’s travel itineraries, tourism products and services to interested individuals and organisations.
