Maiden Camp at Naval Base INS Shivaji aims towards Nation Building and youth empowerment.
The All India Nau Sainik Camp 2023 (AINSC 2023) concluded successfully at the renowned naval base, INS Shivaji, Lonavala. This event marked the culmination of a 10-day competition, bringing together the finest young cadets from 17 Directorates across India. Organized under the guidance of the Maharashtra Directorate of NCC, AINSC 2023 witnessed spirited participation.
Lt Gen Gurbirpal Singh AVSM, VSM, DG NCC, conveyed his pride in the cadets’ achievements during AINSC 2023 at INS Shivaji. He emphasized that this event not only showcases the exceptional talent of young cadets but also fosters a sense of camaraderie among the participants. He commended the unwavering support and resources provided by Headquarters, Southern Naval Command & INS Shivaji, underscoring their dedication to Nation Building.
This year’s competitions comprised a diverse array of activities, testing the cadets both physically and mentally. The range of competitions, exercises, and workshops was meticulously designed to bolster their leadership capabilities. The prestigious event saw Maharashtra Directorate emerging as the winner, with AP & Telangana Directorate securing the Runners Up position.
