Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Indian community in the UAE at the ‘AHLAN MODI’ event, held at the Zayed Sports City stadium in Abu Dhabi. The event, organized by the Indian diaspora in the UAE, witnessed participation from Indian nationals across all seven Emirates, including members of various communities and Emiratis.
Greeted warmly by the 40,000-strong audience, Prime Minister Modi expressed gratitude for the support extended by the Rulers and the Government of the UAE, particularly during challenging times such as the Covid-19 pandemic. He highlighted the significant contribution of the Indian diaspora in strengthening bilateral relations between India and the UAE.
During his address, Prime Minister Modi shared his vision for India’s progress over the next decade, expressing confidence in India’s trajectory towards becoming the world’s third-largest economy by 2030. He also emphasized India’s role as a global partner in contributing to progress and well-being.
