JENESYS (Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths) programme participants immersed themselves in Singapore’s culture and community at Japan Creative Centre
ON 6 March 2024, participants of the JENESYS programme visited the Japan Creative Centre (JCC) in Singapore as part of their itinerary. Second Secretary Ms. Mana Yamaguchi provided insights into Singapore, its local Japanese community, and the activities of the Embassy of Japan in Singapore and JCC. Event Team Manager Mdm Keiko Soeda also shared detailed information about Singapore, focusing on its healthcare and education sectors, among others.
During their visit, the participants expressed keen interest in Singapore’s healthcare and education sectors. On 11th March, the final day of their visit, they presented their learnings, impressions, and action plans to the stakeholders involved. It is hoped that the participants will leverage their experiences for personal and professional growth in the future.
