The symbolic transfer of the Pro Tempore Presidency marks a commitment to collaboration and partnership.

LAST WEEK, the Embassy of Peru in Singapore hosted a significant meeting with the embassies of the Pacific Alliance countries – Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. The meeting marked the symbolic transfer of the Pro Tempore Presidency to Chile, signifying the conclusion of Peru’s leadership term.

During the meeting, achievements under Peru’s presidency were celebrated, including initiatives focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and digitalization within the AP-Singapore Work Plan. This collaboration underscores the commitment to strengthen ties with Singapore, which is poised to become the first associated country of the Pacific Alliance.
