High Commissioner Jean De Dieu Uwihanganye met with Singapore’s IMDA to discuss progress on the AI Playbook for Small States, a collaborative effort between Rwanda and Singapore
High Commissioner of Rwanda to Singapore, Mr. Jean De Dieu Uwihanganye, held a meeting with Mr. Wee Keong Ang, Assistant Chief Executive (International) at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore.
The meeting focused on the ongoing collaboration between Rwanda and Singapore, particularly the development of an AI Playbook designed for small states.
During the discussions, both parties emphasised the importance of the AI Playbook in helping smaller nations harness artificial intelligence effectively. This initiative is part of a broader bilateral partnership aimed at sharing knowledge and best practices in the rapidly evolving field of AI. The collaboration underscores the commitment of both Rwanda and Singapore to advance technological innovation and digital transformation.
The meeting highlighted the progress made in this joint effort and reiterated the shared vision of Rwanda and Singapore in promoting sustainable technological growth through international cooperation.
