The Thai Festival 2024, held from 30 August to 1 September at the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore, featured Thai products and cultural performances, drawing over 13,500 visitors.

On 30 August 2024, H.E. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, inaugurated the Thai Festival 2024: “Thai Market” at the Royal Thai Embassy grounds. Running from 30 August to 1 September, the festival aimed to highlight Thailand’s rich cultural heritage and promote its creative economy in Singapore. This year’s theme focused on five pillars—Food, Festival, Fashion, Fight, and Film—offering visitors an immersive experience of Thailand’s diverse cultural offerings.

The event attracted more than 13,500 attendees, showcasing Thailand’s popular products, ranging from traditional foods to fashion items, and hosting cultural performances that brought the vibrancy of Thai heritage to life. The festival also featured interactive activities and demonstrations, celebrating Thailand’s contributions to global creative industries.

Key partners of the event, including PTT International Trade Ltd., the Office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand in Singapore, the Office of Commercial Affairs, and the Office of Labour Affairs, played a vital role in ensuring the success of the festival. Their collaborative efforts helped to highlight Thailand’s creative economy and strengthen the cultural ties between Thailand and Singapore.
