H.E. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, delivered a keynote speech at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) Networking Event in celebration of International Women’s Day 2025. She highlighted the progress of women in leadership across Asia, emphasizing Thailand’s commitment to gender equality through initiatives like the Gender Equality Act and Labour Protection Act.

During her speech, Ambassador Ureerat stressed the importance of choice and empowerment, asserting that everyone—regardless of their role—has the ability to create meaningful change. She reinforced the idea that leadership is about impact, not just position, and encouraged successful women to uplift and mentor the next generation. Her message resonated with attendees, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, inclusivity, and continued advocacy for gender equality in the workplace and beyond.
