
Indian diaspora youth aged 21–35 are invited to join the 82nd Know India Programme, taking place from 12 to 31 May 2025
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, has announced the commencement of applications for the 82nd edition of the Know India Programme (KIP). Scheduled to take place from 12 to 31 May 2025, the programme is designed for Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) aged between 21 and 35 years.
Organised by the MEA, the Know India Programme aims to familiarise diaspora youth with the history, culture, and contemporary life of India. It also provides a platform for cultural exchange and deeper engagement with India’s development and policy landscape. The initiative has seen widespread participation from Indian-origin youth across the globe in its previous editions.

The deadline for submission is 18 April 2025. Prospective participants are advised to apply early to ensure consideration and timely processing.
