In celebration of the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival, Carlton Hotel Singapore’s Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant has introduced an exquisite new creation: the Dried Oyster & Conpoy Dumpling (瑶柱蚝豉熏鸭粽). Priced at S$28.80 for 600g, this seasonal delicacy is available for delivery and collection from 13 to 31 May 2025, with pre-orders beginning on 15 April 2025.
Thoughtfully handcrafted, the dumpling blends traditional craftsmanship with premium ingredients, including succulent smoked duck, Japanese conpoy, dried oysters, chestnuts, and lotus seeds. Enveloped in fragrant glutinous rice, it offers a harmonious balance of umami depth and natural sweetness, making it ideal for both personal enjoyment and festive gifting.
