Changi Airport secures top global title for the 13th time at the Skytrax World Airport Awards

Singapore Changi Airport has been crowned the World’s Best Airport 2025 at the prestigious World Airport Awards, held during the Passenger Terminal EXPO in Madrid. This marks the airport’s record-breaking 13th time receiving the top honour since the inception of the awards by international air transport rating organisation Skytrax.

In addition to securing the top global title, Changi Airport was recognised with three further awards: World’s Best Airport Dining, World’s Best Airport Washrooms, and Best Airport in Asia. These accolades reflect the airport’s continued excellence in customer experience, service standards and facilities.

Mr Yam Kum Weng, Chief Executive Officer of Changi Airport Group, expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating: “It is indeed gratifying to receive this award. We thank all our passengers for their vote of confidence and remain committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences. This award is a testament to the dedication of the Changi Airport community.”

Changi Airport ranked second in the category for airports handling 60 to 70 million passengers annually, further affirming its global reputation. Hamad International Airport in Doha, the previous three-time winner, secured second place this year and took home the awards for World’s Best Airport Shopping and Best Airport in the Middle East.
