World’s Leading Maritime Defence Exhibition Welcomes Elite Fleets, Strategic Leaders, and Shipboard Diplomacy.

Singapore, 8 May 2025 – IMDEX Asia 2025, the Asia Pacific’s most influential maritime and naval defence exhibition, has opened in Singapore, drawing global naval commanders, defence officials, and leading maritime technology providers for a three-day showcase of innovation, collaboration, and strategic dialogue from 6-8 May.

Held at the Changi Exhibition Centre, IMDEX Asia serves as a premier platform where the maritime and defence industries converge to explore cutting-edge systems, technological advancements, and geopolitical challenges impacting global security. The 2025 edition is marked by record international participation, reaffirming Singapore’s role as a vital hub for naval and maritime collaboration.

The event welcomes official VIP delegations from over 40 countries, including Directors-General and Chiefs of Navy, Coast Guard, and Maritime Forces from across Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa. These include high-level representatives from Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Qatar, South Korea, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam, among others.

A notable highlight of the event is the series of exclusive receptions hosted on board visiting international naval vessels, offering opportunities for maritime diplomacy and cultural exchange. These include:
