RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – The Public Investment Fund (PIF) has officially launched Tasama Business Services Company. This new entity, fully owned by PIF, aims to significantly enhance the Kingdom’s integrated business services and solutions ecosystem. Its establishment is poised to drive substantial growth across both public and private sectors.

Tasama’s formation follows a strategic merger. It combines BIAC, an incubator and accelerator previously under PIF’s portfolio company TAQNIA, with the PIF’s own Shared Services Center. This consolidation creates a unified national entity dedicated to delivering comprehensive business solutions and services.

The company will offer a wide array of services designed to boost operational efficiency for businesses. These include accounting support, human resources, and procurement services. Tasama will also provide digital solutions, incubator programmes, and workspace facilities, supporting companies from startup to growth phases.

Eng. Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Jasser, CEO of Tasama, highlighted the company’s strategic vision. He stated, “the company seeks to elevate the business services sector as a strategic industry in the Kingdom and actively contribute to economic diversification by supporting vital sectors.” He further emphasised Tasama’s commitment to fostering innovation and developing Saudi capabilities.

Tasama is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Saudi Arabia’s business services sector. It aims to become a key partner in advancing the technology ecosystem and overall business environment within the Kingdom. The company will also facilitate operations for international firms establishing their regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia.

This launch aligns directly with PIF’s broader strategic objectives for national economic diversification. Tasama’s expansion across the Kingdom will strengthen partnerships with the private sector. It will support the growth of local companies and empower international businesses choosing Saudi Arabia as their regional base.
