SINGAPORE — The Philippine Embassy in Singapore has proudly joined the celebrations for Singapore’s 60th anniversary (SG60) by organising a special cultural and historical tour of some of the city-state’s most iconic landmarks. The activity paid tribute to the vibrant nation that more than 215,000 Filipinos call home.

The tour featured visits to key sites that reflect Singapore’s rich heritage and multicultural identity, allowing participants to gain deeper insights into the country’s journey from a small trading post to a modern global city. Embassy officials and members of the Filipino community in Singapore joined the event, reflecting the close people-to-people ties between the Philippines and Singapore.

In marking SG60, the Embassy highlighted the strong and enduring friendship between the two countries, built on shared values, mutual respect, and active cooperation across various sectors.
