Starting 1 January 2026, the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore has introduced an online queue system to streamline consular services and enhance convenience for applicants
The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Singapore launched its latest online appointment system, effective from 1 January 2026. The system can be accessed via https://register.indonesianembassy.sg, allowing applicants to schedule appointments independently based on the specific consular services they require.
Designed to improve efficiency and user convenience, the new system enables users to log in to their personal accounts, cancel existing appointments, and book new appointments according to available time slots. This self-service approach ensures that applicants can manage their consular visits with greater flexibility and ease.
With the implementation of this online appointment system, KBRI Singapore aims to provide more orderly, transparent, and efficient services, reducing wait times and enhancing the overall experience for all visitors.
