Dr. Kao Kim Hourn joins Prime Minister Hun Manet and hundreds of business leaders at major regional summit in Phnom Penh.

The Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, attended the Opening Ceremony of the Cambodia-ASEAN Business Summit 2026 (CABS 2026) on the morning of the event in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The summit was held under the theme “Transforming ASEAN: Innovation, Integration, and Industrial Evolution.” It brought together more than 300 registered companies and nearly 700 participants from across the region.

The event took place in Phnom Penh and was presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

In his participation, Kao Kim Hourn joined business leaders, government officials, and other key stakeholders to highlight ASEAN’s strong commitment to strengthening public-private partnerships. The summit also emphasized the importance of deeper regional economic integration and cooperation among ASEAN Member States.
