CO-FOUNDERS HIGHLIGHT COMMUNITY-DRIVEN SUPPORT FOR WOMEN IN AI AND STEM
On 24 February 2026, co-founders Jenny Kay Pollock and Reut Lazo gathered with members of the WOMEN x AI community to strike the #IWD2026 #GiveToGain pose, underscoring their mission to empower women pursuing careers in artificial intelligence and STEM-related industries.
The initiative aims to support #WomeninSTEM by fostering inclusivity, mentorship and collaborative learning as more women navigate their AI journeys.
Speaking at the event, Ms Pollock said: “At WOMEN x AI, #GiveToGain means we share what we know, hand her the mic, and build together. We’ve seen it firsthand. When one woman gains AI confidence, she brings five more with her. When one leader speaks up in a boardroom, she changes who gets invited next.”
The organisation noted that its growing network continues to provide a platform for women to exchange knowledge, amplify voices and strengthen representation within the technology sector ahead of International Women’s Day 2026.
