
Official ceremony at KBRI Singapore marks leadership transition and continued commitment to strengthening Indonesia–Singapore education cooperation
The handover ceremony for the position of Education Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Singapore was held on Wednesday, 15 April 2026, at the Riptaloka Room of the Embassy. In a solemn and formal atmosphere, Ms Bianca Simatupang officially transferred her duties and responsibilities to Ms Nur Aeni Ariyanti, who assumes the role as the new Education Attaché.

The occasion served as a moment of appreciation for the dedication and contributions made during Ms Bianca Simatupang’s tenure. It also marked the beginning of a new leadership chapter aimed at further strengthening education cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore.
The role of the Education Attaché is strategically important in advancing human resource development through collaborative initiatives, academic exchanges, and the strengthening of educational networks. The position plays a key part in supporting knowledge-sharing efforts and fostering partnerships between institutions in both countries.
With a spirit of continuity and collaboration, the Embassy expressed hope that this leadership transition will reinforce KBRI Singapore’s role in facilitating innovative and impactful education initiatives. The strengthened synergy is expected to contribute to the development of globally competitive Indonesian talent.
