The Philippine Embassy in Singapore welcomed a delegation from the National Book Development Board ahead of the Asian Festival of Children’s Content 2026, which is being held in Singapore until 24 May 2026.

The Embassy also expressed appreciation to the National Book Development Board for highlighting its publication project, Making a Mark on The Little Red Dot: Trailblazing Filipino Entrepreneurs in Singapore.
The publication celebrates the achievements and contributions of Filipinos who continue to make a positive impact across different sectors in Singapore.

The Embassy reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Philippine literature, storytelling, and cultural exchange initiatives that strengthen the visibility of Filipino voices and creative talent in Singapore and internationally.
Officials also encouraged the public to support Filipino writers, illustrators, publishers, storytellers, and educators participating in AFCC 2026 at the National Library Building.
The festival serves as an important platform for promoting children’s literature, regional storytelling, and cultural collaboration across Asia.
