NCS Group announced new AI partnerships with NHG Health, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, SUTD, NUS SCALE and AI Singapore, alongside plans to hire 130 AI practitioners to support Singapore’s connectivity and enterprise AI ecosystem.
NCS Group announced a series of new partnerships and enterprise AI initiatives aimed at accelerating artificial intelligence adoption across healthcare, education, transport and connectivity sectors in Singapore. The announcements were made at NCS AI Impact 2026, where the company unveiled new enterprise-grade AI platforms and collaborations designed to help organisations move from AI experimentation to operational deployment.
The initiatives form part of NCS Group’s broader strategy to develop industry-specific AI capabilities and support workforce transformation through partnerships with local institutes of higher learning and industry stakeholders.
NCS said it was working with Digital Industry Singapore to hire more than 130 AI practitioners over the next three years. The new hires will strengthen the company’s AI Central team, build differentiated AI capabilities, and develop specialised expertise to support Singapore’s connectivity sector.
In the healthcare sector, NCS announced a collaboration with NHG Health to develop agentic AI solutions for biometric identification and clinical workflow optimisation. The solutions are intended to reduce administrative burdens and improve operational efficiency in clinical settings.
For the education sector, NCS is partnering Ngee Ann Polytechnic to develop an AI Tutor designed to identify and address individual learning gaps, with the aim of providing more personalised learning support for students.
The company is also collaborating with Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (NUS SCALE) and AI Singapore to develop Applied AI masterclasses for senior executives. The programme is intended to equip business leaders with practical knowledge to deploy AI solutions at scale within their organisations.
NCS said the new partnerships reflect growing demand for enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable operational outcomes across multiple industries. The company added that its AI Impact 2026 initiatives are focused on enabling organisations to adopt AI responsibly while building the talent and governance capabilities needed for long-term implementation.
The company said it would continue working with government agencies, educational institutions and industry partners to expand AI adoption and support Singapore’s efforts to strengthen its digital economy and AI ecosystem.
