Ambassador G. Uyanga discussed the wellbeing of Mongolian students in Singapore and explored opportunities to strengthen cultural and educational cooperation with the Association’s leadership.
Her Excellency Ms G. Uyanga, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Singapore, received Mr G. Tegshbayar, President of the Association of Mongolian Students in Singapore, and Mr N. Nomt, Secretary-General of the Association, at the Embassy.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the circumstances of Mongolian students studying in Singapore, the Association’s ongoing activities, and its future plans and initiatives. Discussions also covered opportunities to strengthen cooperation among Mongolian students in Singapore, encourage their active participation in community life, and jointly organise educational and cultural activities promoting Mongolia.
Ambassador Uyanga expressed her appreciation to the Association’s leadership for their efforts in promoting the interests and unity of Mongolian students in Singapore, and wished them continued success in their future endeavours.
She reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to maintaining close cooperation with Mongolian students in Singapore and supporting the Association’s initiatives within its capacity, underscoring the Embassy’s ongoing role in fostering community ties among Mongolian nationals abroad.
