Participating companies will develop growth strategies and leadership capabilities to expand internationally.
Enterprise Singapore has welcomed the 12th cohort of companies to its Scale-Up programme, supporting businesses from various industries in developing growth strategies, strengthening leadership capabilities and pursuing international expansion. The programme launch provided participants with opportunities to share their business ambitions and gain insights into navigating the current macroeconomic environment.
The latest cohort comprises companies from sectors including digital technology, security, manufacturing, financial services, food services and healthcare. Although operating in different industries, the participating companies share the ambition of becoming leaders in their respective fields.

At the launch event, representatives from the participating companies shared their business growth journeys and future plans. They also gained fresh perspectives on responding to macroeconomic challenges and identifying emerging opportunities to support their expansion.
Enterprise Singapore is working with management consultancy Bain & Company to support the cohort as the companies refine their business strategies, develop leadership capabilities and pursue sustainable growth in international markets.
The Scale-Up programme supports companies seeking to strengthen their competitive positions and build capabilities for further growth. Through strategic guidance and opportunities to exchange experiences, participating businesses can examine their development priorities and prepare for expansion into new markets.
The programme also highlights the importance of strategic planning and leadership development as companies navigate changing economic conditions and compete internationally. By helping businesses identify opportunities and strengthen their capabilities, Enterprise Singapore aims to support their ambitions for sustainable growth.
Enterprise Singapore said it looked forward to supporting the new cohort as the companies developed their strategies and pursued opportunities on the global stage.
