Mongolia debuts with a National Pavilion at SWITCH 2024 in Singapore, fostering connections in technology and innovation from October 28-31.
THE Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) 2024, an international conference highlighting the latest in global innovation and technology is being held in Singapore from October 28 to 31. Notably, this year marks the first-ever participation of Mongolia with a National Pavilion, showcasing the country’s emerging innovations and fostering international collaborations in technology.
Over 30 representatives from leading Mongolian organisations, including the National Information Technology Park, TESO, and Gund Investment, attended the event. On October 28, H.E. Enkhbayar Sosorbaram, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Singapore visited the Mongolian Pavilion, engaging with Mongolian participants and observing the country’s technological advancements on display. Additionally, M. Bilguundemberel, Counsellor at the Embassy of Mongolia in Singapore, took part in a SWITCH Global Stage panel discussion, offering insights into Mongolia’s economic landscape, technological development, and innovation ecosystem.
The SWITCH 2024 conference has attracted an estimated 25,000 participants from around the globe, solidifying its position as a key event for exploring and connecting innovative minds across industries.
