National team competes on the world stage, supported by officials and coaches from the Rwanda Aquatics Federation.

SINGAPORE — A team of Rwandan swimmers is currently in Singapore to compete in the 2025 World Aquatics Championships. The national delegation includes swimmers Aragsan Mugabo, Kevin Kaiga, Keza Kalisa and Oscar Cyusa Peyre Mitilla, who will represent Rwanda for the competition.

They are accompanied by Ms Cynthia Munyana, President of the Rwanda Aquatics Federation, National Coach Patrick Rukundo, and Team Manager Betty Umuhoza, who will oversee the team’s participation and ensure their preparations run smoothly.

The World Aquatics Championships bring together top swimmers from around the globe, offering athletes an opportunity to compete at the highest level and showcase their nation’s progress in aquatic sports.

The presence of the Rwandan swimmers on this global platform highlights the country’s growing commitment to developing young sporting talent and promoting excellence in swimming.
