KrisFlyer members can now redeem Scoot Economy class award flights to popular destinations from just 1,500 miles under the airline’s newly launched award chart.
Singapore, 13 August 2025 — Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA), has introduced a new KrisFlyer award chart, enabling members to redeem Scoot-operated flights at attractive fixed rates. Officially launched today, the award chart offers one-way Economy class redemptions from as low as 1,500 KrisFlyer miles for base fares, opening up greater value and flexibility for travellers.
Since joining the KrisFlyer programme in 2015, Scoot has expanded its offerings to frequent flyers, with the latest initiative allowing redemptions to a wide range of destinations, including Bangkok, Hangzhou, Ipoh, Jeju, Taipei, and Vienna. Award seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis in Scoot Saver or Scoot Advantage fare categories.
KrisFlyer miles can be redeemed for Economy Class base fares only, with taxes and optional add-ons payable separately via other payment methods. Members can also continue to earn 1 mile per S$1 spent on Scoot-operated flights for purchased add-ons, subject to terms and conditions.
Calvin Chan, Chief Commercial Officer at Scoot, said: “We believe that travel should be accessible and rewarding. With Scoot’s award chart, KrisFlyer members can now get more out of their miles through redemption to travel to cities including Hangzhou, Jeju, Taipei, and Vienna at attractive redemption rates. This way, members can maximise their miles to explore more destinations across the SIA Group’s network.”
KrisFlyer’s elite members will continue to enjoy their tier privileges when flying with Scoot. PPS Club, KrisFlyer Elite Gold, and KrisFlyer Elite Silver members receive an additional 5kg baggage upgrade (with the purchase of a minimum 20kg baggage allowance online), complimentary standard seat selection, and priority boarding. PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members are also entitled to a one-time flight change fee waiver.
Award flight redemptions are now available via Scoot’s official website and mobile app, reinforcing the airline’s commitment to delivering value-driven travel experiences across its growing network.
