Constructed using precast concrete beams, the bridge is a vital link. It is supported by 76 piles that extend 55 metres deep. The new route will connect to the industrial island. This area is considered one of the city’s most promising investment locations.

The project aligns with wider economic diversification goals under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. It supports industrial growth and logistics services in the area. The new infrastructure will help establish JCPDI as a regional hub for trade and industry.
