Celebrate the flavours of Singapore through immersive experiences, feasting, and heritage stories.

Singapore, 2 September 2025 – The Singapore Food Festival (SFF) returns for its 32nd edition from 4 to 24 September 2025 under the theme “Have You Eaten Yet?”. The festival will feature an extensive line-up of culinary showcases, heritage experiences, and innovative dining concepts that highlight Singapore’s rich food culture.

Anchoring this year’s edition are three Signature Events – Food is Art (5–6 September at Factory @ New Bahru), The Long Table (12–13 September at InterContinental Singapore), and Future Food: Menu 2035 (19–20 September at SKAI Loft, Swissôtel The Stamford). Each experience offers a different perspective of Singapore’s evolving food identity – from culinary creativity and artistic expression to heritage traditions and food innovation.

Festival Director and Managing Director of Blake Harris Entertainment, Mr Blake Harris, said, “The Singapore Food Festival is more than just a celebration of food – it is a tribute to the connections formed over meals, the traditions we pass down, and the innovations that continue to shape our culinary culture.”

The three signature events will be complemented by a variety of programmes across Singapore. Food is Art will blend gastronomy, music, and design, featuring celebrity chef Adriano Zumbo alongside local pastry chef Goh Dah Liang. Guests will enjoy interactive food installations, sculptural desserts, and performances by Singaporean rapper Yung Raja.

The Long Table, hosted by IHG Hotels & Resorts, will bring together chefs from five hotels to present a five-course menu inspired by local culinary traditions. With Chef Damian D’Silva as Heritage Cuisine Ambassador, the event will combine storytelling with refined dining for over 260 guests each evening.

Future Food: Menu 2035 will look towards the future of dining with tastings of climate-resilient crops, alternative proteins, and experimental cocktails from the Liquid Lab. Chefs Roy Vun and Yong Ming Choong from Swissôtel The Stamford will present menus designed to spark conversation about sustainability and food innovation.

Outside of these key events, roving Food Truck City Tours will run from 18 August to 14 September at various locations, including Ocean Financial Centre, Downtown East @ Pasir Ris, and Keppel South Central. Vendors will serve modern takes on Singapore classics, such as Dosa Tacos and Laksa with baby abalone.

At Dempsey Hill, Mise en Place, supported by HSBC as the Official Bank Partner, will serve as the central hub of SFF 2025. The venue will host dessert collaborations by Adriano Zumbo, an art installation by Gastrogeography of Singapore, and a range of exclusive food-and-drink showcases.

Beyond dining, SFF 2025 includes guided hawker tours, wine workshops, riverside feasts, and farm-to-table brunches. Programmes such as A Taste of Time: The Legacy of Singapore’s Multicultural Hawker Centres will highlight the stories behind Singapore’s street food culture.

Ms Guo Teyi, Director of Leisure Events at the Singapore Tourism Board, said, “This year’s Singapore Food Festival honours our culinary heritage while showcasing the innovative spirit that defines our gastronomic landscape. Visitors are invited not just to taste, but to participate in shaping our food heritage.”

Running islandwide, the festival aims to create opportunities for locals and visitors alike to connect with Singapore’s food story – from tradition to modernity, and from streetside bites to future-focused dining.
