Singapore Manufacturing Federation to explore trade and investment opportunities in Mexico from 30 November to 3 December 2025
The Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) has announced plans for a business mission to Mexico, tentatively scheduled from 30 November to 3 December 2025. The mission is expected to coincide with an official visit by Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, creating opportunities for delegates to gain exposure to high-level engagements while exploring new business prospects.
The programme will take place in Mexico City and one to two other major business hubs, with the aim of providing Singapore businesses a closer understanding of the country’s market landscape. The objectives of the mission include exploring diversification and alternative export destinations, developing market entry strategies, connecting with stakeholders and potential partners, and learning more about Mexico’s regulatory and investment environment.
SMF has opened a call for interest for its members, inviting companies to indicate their participation through a short survey. Registration for the mission will be announced at a later stage once the programme is finalised.
The initiative reflects SMF’s ongoing efforts to support Singapore enterprises in building international partnerships and identifying emerging opportunities in key global markets.
