Celebrations begin on Sunday, 7 December 2025, with a special anniversary event that encapsulates LeVeL33’s creative spirit. From 12 PM to 4 PM, guests will enjoy complimentary free-flow house-brewed beers, while all dishes and handcrafted cocktails will be offered at a signature price of SGD $15++. Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski’s menu pays homage to the microbrewery’s evolution, featuring both timeless favourites and crowd-pleasing contemporary dishes that highlight its beer-centric and sustainable culinary philosophy.
A centrepiece of the celebration is the debut of Hoppy 15, LeVeL33’s limited-edition anniversary brew crafted with 15 distinct hops. Available throughout December on tap and in limited-edition cans, the release reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to brewing innovation. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated LeVeL33 Prohibition Gin mobile bar, featuring four signature cocktails that first impressed visitors during their limited run in November. The event will be accompanied by a live DJ set and an artistic performance inspired by the brand’s 15-year journey.
