The Indian Mango Festival held from 1–3 May 2026 in Singapore attracted over 6,000 visitors and showcased premium mango varieties from across India.

The High Commission of India, Singapore successfully organised the Indian Mango Festival at Festive Walk West, Our Tampines Hub from 01-03 May 2026. The festival aimed to promote India’s rich diversity of mango varieties and offer visitors an opportunity to experience and savour the “king of fruits”.

The event witnessed an impressive footfall of over 6000 visitors. The festival generated significant interest and enthusiasm among attendees, reflecting the growing popularity of Indian mangoes in Singapore. A total of 10 varieties of premium Indian mangoes – Alphonso (Maharashtra), Kesar (Gujarat), Rasalu (Andhra Pradesh), Dasheri (Uttar Pradesh), Langra (Uttar Pradesh), Badami (Karnataka), Himayat (Andhra Pradesh), Ratna (Maharashtra), Payari (Maharashtra), and Mankurad (Goa) were showcased during the festival. Visitors had the opportunity to taste and purchase their preferred varieties, contributing to a vibrant and engaging festival atmosphere.

The audience widely appreciated the initiative, expressing delight at the availability of authentic Indian mangoes and the unique experience of tasting multiple varieties under one roof. Overall, the Indian Mango Festival was a resounding success, strengthening cultural connect and enhancing appreciation for India’s agricultural and culinary heritage among the local community in Singapore.
