The Festival Reveal event confirmed Jacek Dukaj among this year’s international voices, with insights shared by Festival Director Yong Shu Hoong ahead of the November event.
A great evening was held at the Singapore Writers Festival 2026 Festival Reveal, where it was announced that Polish writer Jacek Dukaj will be among this year’s international voices at the Festival.
Attendees had the opportunity to hear more about this year’s programme from Festival Director Yong Shu Hoong, and to discover the line-up of writers set to join the Festival this November.
Jacek Dukaj, a prominent figure in Polish literature, is set to join the Festival’s roster of international voices, offering audiences in Singapore the opportunity to engage with his work and perspective as part of this year’s programme.
The Singapore Writers Festival 2026 will run from 13 to 22 November 2026, bringing together local and international writers for a series of conversations, readings and literary events across the city.
The confirmation of Jacek Dukaj’s participation shows the Festival’s continued role in bringing global literary voices to Singapore audiences, reinforcing cultural exchange between Poland and Singapore through the literary arts.
