PRESIDENT’S ANNUAL DIPLOMATIC RECEPTION – President Tony Tan Keng Yam and First Lady Mrs Mary Tan, greeted guests from Singapore’s diplomatic community at the President’s Annual Diplomatic Reception on 3rd May 2017 held at the Istana.
