HIS Royal Highness Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif Al Saud, the Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has concluded a successful visit to the Republic of Singapore from the 15th to 17th of March 2018. In a comment to IN Diplomacy, HE Ambassador Saad Saleh Alsaleh of the KSA to Singapore said, “The visit will contribute to enhancing relations between the two countries and developing cooperation in all fields, especially security cooperation aimed at exchanging experiences and security information to combat extremism and terrorism.”

During the Prince’s stay in Singapore he had called on Singapore President Halimah Yacob who received the Prince and his delegation at the Istana. She said, “During the call, we reaffirmed the friendly and longstanding ties that both countries share.” Prince Abdulaziz also called on Acting Prime Minister, HE Teo Chee Hean who is Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security; HE K. Shanmugam, Singapore’s Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law; HE Yaacob Ibrahim, the Minister for Communications and Information. The Prince is here at the invitation of Minister K. Shanmugam.
