5 million FREE* seats for ASEAN destinations are up for grabs from now to February 19, 2023.

AirAsia launched its first major promotion of the year with 5 million FREE* seats, bookable from February 10 to 19, 2023. The campaign is being organized simultaneously by all AirAsia Group entities (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines). 

This FREE* seat promotion is valid from March 1 to December 10, 2023. Passengers can book AirAsia tickets to various international destinations such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh, Kuching, Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu, Miri, and Sibu, as well as Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Denpasar – Bali, Jakarta, and Yogyakarta from February 10 to 19, 2023.

Booking period: 

10 – 19 February 2023

Travel period: 

1 March – 10 December 2023

During this promotional period, tickets to Seoul, Busan, Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Taipei, and many other thrilling AirAsia X destinations are also discounted. One-way tickets start at SGD189.

Flight Delay Insurance* by Tune Protect

Guests will receive a one-time payment of SGD60 if their flight is delayed by at least two (2) hours from the original scheduled departure time or any new departure time.

Guests who make reservations for seats during this promotion are not charged for this insurance. Starting on February 20, 2023, it will be available for purchase on both the AirAsia Super App and the website.

AirAsia has also exclusively partnered with BigPay to provide automatic claims that are credited to the user’s BigPay account within three (3) working days based on their mobile phone number. Non-BigPay users must submit their claims to Tune Protect.
