Join us for the JISR Film Festival, powered by SWAPAC, Cinepluto, and The Projector Cinema, showcasing the cultures of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) through film, supported by SBF, MEI, and Smart Cities Network.
The JISR Film Festival, taking place from 23rd to 31st March 2024 at The Projector Cinema in Cineleisure Orchard, is a celebration of the cultures of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and its six countries. Powered by SWAPAC, Cinepluto, and The Projector Cinema, and supported by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), The Middle East Institute (MEI), and Smart Cities Network, the festival features over 15 films from the region, highlighting themes of sustainability, sports, animation, sci-fi, action, and women in cinema.
The festival aims to break age-old stereotypes and showcase the work of both established and emerging filmmakers, sharing stories of modernity, diversity and hope from the Gulf region.
