ASEAN and India discuss deepening ties and partnership progress.
On May 3, a meeting was held in New Delhi to review the ASEAN-India relations and discuss further deepening of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two regions. The meeting was attended by ASEAN Senior Officials, who were welcomed by Indian officials.
During the meeting, both sides expressed delight at the progress made in their cooperation and highlighted the significance of ASEAN-India meetings in India’s diplomatic calendar. They reiterated their commitment to strengthening the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and expressed confidence that it would continue to grow stronger.
The meeting served as a platform to discuss various aspects of the partnership, including economic cooperation, security collaboration, and people-to-people ties. Both ASEAN and India reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing regional peace, stability, and prosperity through their partnership.
