Amò unveils a revamped menu that celebrates Italy’s culinary heritage, offering vibrant dishes and an inviting dining experience for all.

This December, Amò invites diners to rediscover the warmth and richness of Italian dining with its newly revamped menu, available daily. True to its name, derived from the Italian word for “love,” Amò continues its mission of uniting people through authentic and innovative Italian cuisine.

Amò’s refreshed offerings embrace Italy’s culinary diversity, presenting vibrant antipasti, crisp salads, hearty sides, and signature pizzas conveniently pre-sliced for sharing. Standout dishes from the mains include the indulgent Whole Butter Roasted Spring Chicken with Spinach and Truffle Jus ($45++), the succulent Roasted Seabass with Artichokes, Capers and Confit Tomatoes ($42++), and the perfectly char-grilled Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender Tagliata with Truffle Mash ($42++).

Adding variety, Amò introduces a Weekly Set Lunch, available Monday to Friday. Priced at $28 for two courses, it features rotating selections of appetizers and a choice of gourmet pasta or meat as the main course, inspired by seasonal ingredients and Italian culinary traditions. Perfect for busy professionals or casual catch-ups, this menu offers a quick yet satisfying meal.

Located in a refurbished 1950s shophouse, the 90-seater restaurant boasts a post-industrial aesthetic with exposed brick walls, vintage mosaic tiles, and warm wood and stone accents, complemented by lush greenery. For intimate gatherings, a private dining room accommodates up to 12 guests.
