
A Celebration of Sri Lanka’s Culinary Heritage at Shangri-La Singapore
Singapore, 27 February 2025 – The Sri Lankan Food Fest 2025 was officially inaugurated at Shangri-La Line Restaurant, marking the start of a four-day celebration of Sri Lanka’s rich culinary traditions. Organised by the High Commission of Sri Lanka in collaboration with Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, the festival runs from 27 February to 2 March 2025, offering a curated selection of authentic Sri Lankan dishes as part of its lunch and dinner buffet.
Two renowned culinary experts from Shangri-La Colombo have been specially flown in to showcase the diverse and vibrant flavours of Sri Lanka through a carefully crafted menu. The event aims to provide guests with an immersive gastronomic experience, featuring traditional spices, aromatic curries, and signature Sri Lankan delicacies.

Distinguished guests and business leaders attended the launch, underscoring the festival’s role in fostering cultural exchange and strengthening diplomatic ties between Sri Lanka and Singapore.
As part of the festival’s offerings, a 10% discount was offered for guests who made reservations using their QR code. This exclusive promotion invites food enthusiasts to indulge in an authentic Sri Lankan feast at Shangri-La Singapore.
