The High Commissioner of India to Singapore, H.E. Dr. Shilpak Amboule, delivered the keynote address at the Indo-Singapore Cyber Security Conclave 2025, organised by the Data Security Council of India. The event took place in Singapore, 26 April 2025, and gathered key stakeholders in the cyber security sector from both countries.

During his address, the High Commissioner underscored the strong cooperation between India and Singapore in the field of cyberspace. He reflected on the positive outcomes of the inaugural India-Singapore Cyber Policy Dialogue, highlighting it as a significant step towards deepening strategic collaboration in digital security.

He further emphasised the growing importance of cyber security and threat awareness, particularly in light of the increasing democratisation of technology. He called for enhanced joint efforts to strengthen digital resilience and safeguard critical infrastructures against evolving cyber threats.

The Conclave served as a vital platform for discussing emerging challenges, sharing best practices, and promoting policy-level cooperation to create a secure and trusted cyberspace for all.
