Sands Expo is set to host 12,000 attendees and 370 exhibitors in Southeast Asia’s leading F&B industry event.
The Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), in collaboration with Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) Asia, is set to present the sixth edition of Restaurant Asia alongside the second edition of SIGEP Asia. This prominent F&B and Ho.Re.Ca. industry event will take place from 16 to 18 July 2025 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Building upon the success of previous editions, the 2025 event aims to provide a comprehensive platform for industry professionals to explore the latest trends, innovations, and business opportunities in the F&B sector. With over 12,000 attendees and 370 exhibitors expected, the exhibition will span 10,000 square metres, reinforcing Singapore’s position as a strategic hub for the industry.
Key highlights of the event include the Nightlife & Entertainment Pavilion, featuring award-winning mixologists from Asia’s Top 50 bars, and the Technology & Innovation Pavilion, showcasing advancements in automation, AI, and sustainable solutions for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
Additionally, the Singapore National Coffee Championship (SNCC) will return, hosting competitions across four categories: Barista Championship, Latte Art Championship, Brewers Cup, and Cup Tasters Competition. Winners will represent Singapore at the 2025 World Coffee Championship.
The event will also feature a series of demos, masterclasses, seminars, and tastings led by industry experts, providing attendees with opportunities to enhance their skills and stay abreast of the latest trends.
