Opening on 23 May 2025, ACM’s new family-friendly gallery invites visitors of all ages to explore culture and identity through play and creativity.

The Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) has unveiled the new name for its upcoming family-friendly space, which will now be known as ACM & ME. Originally announced as Curiosity Cove, the updated name reflects a more personal and distinctive identity aligned with the museum’s vision of inclusive and engaging visitor experiences.

Launching on 23 May 2025 at the Contemporary Gallery, ACM & ME is designed as an interactive zone that encourages families, especially children, to explore diverse cultures and stories through hands-on activities and playful learning. This space is part of ACM’s ongoing efforts to make art and history more accessible to younger audiences and their families, by integrating creativity with cultural understanding.

The initiative supports ACM’s broader goal of deepening community engagement and building intergenerational connections through art. Visitors can look forward to dynamic installations, storytelling zones, and interactive displays that make the museum experience more relatable and memorable for all.
