SINGAPORE – A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) and ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s national multi-asset real estate developer. This agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in innovation, enterprise development, and transformation within the real estate sector. The partnership supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which seeks to diversify its economy and enhance urban development.

The MoU facilitates a vital exchange of knowledge, expertise, and technology between Singapore and Saudi Arabia. This collaboration is set to bring impactful, future-ready solutions to the Kingdom’s development goals. The agreement was formalised during a visit by ROSHN Group representatives to Singapore, as part of their “ROSHNEXT” innovation programme.

ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, initiated this collaboration to explore institutional partnerships and share best practices in urban governance. Discussions covered a range of topics, including applied research, workforce upskilling, and joint innovation programmes. The focus remains on integrating innovative solutions into the design, development, and operation of human-centred urban destinations.

The partnership underscores a shared commitment to advancing the real estate industry through technological integration and entrepreneurial drive. It is anticipated to foster further opportunities for Singaporean entities in the Saudi market, contributing to the Kingdom’s economic diversification efforts.
