Officials at the High Commission of India in Singapore joined the nationwide #SwachhtaHiSeva campaign by taking a pledge towards a cleaner and more sustainable future
As part of the Swachhta Hi Seva Campaign 2025, the High Commissioner of India in Singapore administered the Swachhta pledge to India-based officials at the High Commission on 22 September 2025.
The initiative underscored the mission’s collective commitment to promoting cleanliness, environmental responsibility, and sustainable practices. The pledge-taking ceremony highlighted the importance of individual and institutional responsibility in contributing to a cleaner environment.
The campaign, a nationwide effort launched by the Government of India, seeks to reinforce the values of cleanliness and sustainability in daily life. Indian missions abroad, including Singapore, actively took part in the activities to show solidarity with the national movement.
Through this symbolic yet meaningful act, the High Commission reaffirmed its support for India’s vision of a cleaner and healthier future, both within the mission and in the broader community.
