INDIA AND SINGAPORE REAFFIRM COMMITMENT TO DEEPENING SPACE SECTOR COLLABORATION AT SINGAPORE SPACE SUMMIT 2026.

SINGAPORE, 3 February 2026 — India underscored its growing engagement in space cooperation with Singapore at the Singapore Space Summit 2026. Dr Pawan Goenka, Chairman of the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe), met Dr Tan See Leng, Singapore’s Minister-in-charge of Energy and Science & Technology, on the sidelines of the summit to discuss avenues for expanding bilateral cooperation in the space sector.

The discussions highlighted space as an increasingly important pillar of India–Singapore relations, building on the Memorandum of Understanding on Space Cooperation signed between IN-SPACe and Singapore’s Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn) during Prime Minister Lawrence Wong’s visit to India in September 2025.
