“On the occasion of Singapore’s 61st National Day, I extend my warmest congratulations to the Government and people of the Republic of Singapore.

Singapore’s remarkable achievements demonstrate what can be accomplished through visionary leadership, effective governance and sustained investment in people. Its emergence as a global centre for technology, innovation and artificial intelligence, together with its strong emphasis on youth empowerment, volunteerism and civic responsibility, offers valuable lessons for countries around the world. Uzbekistan highly values its friendship and growing partnership with Singapore. In recent years, our relations have gained new momentum through intensified political dialogue and expanding cooperation in trade, investment, education, public administration, digital transformation and youth development.

In 2027, Uzbekistan and Singapore will mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. This milestone will provide an important opportunity not only to reflect on the progress achieved, but also to define new ambitions for our partnership.

Our countries possess significant potential for broader and deeper cooperation. The strong political will of our leadership, mutual trust and growing ties between our peoples provide a solid foundation for turning this potential into tangible and lasting results.
