The meeting explored deeper cooperation in military education, professional exchanges, training and peacekeeping operations.
H.E. Mrs Uyanga Ganbold, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Singapore, met Singapore’s Coordinating Minister for Public Services and Minister for Defence, Mr. Chan Chun Sing, on 12 August 2026 to discuss bilateral relations and future areas of cooperation.
Defence was a key focus of the talks, with both sides considering opportunities to strengthen professional exchanges, military education and training, as well as cooperation in peacekeeping operations.
The two sides expressed their commitment to strengthening Mongolia–Singapore relations and developing practical engagement in the defence sector.
